Welcome to the Family Paislee

Paislee Ann Carlson

Born: 7/20/11 @ 1:26PM

7lbs 0oz & 20 inches long

Paislee Ann is now part of our family. We are so excited to have her here. It is amazing how much you can love someone so much the first time you see them. Everything went pretty well, and we didn't have too long of a day. TJ and I got to the hospital at 6AM and they started me on the drugs to start labor at 7:30AM. Paislee arrived at 1:26PM. 6 hours isn't bad for me, especially when I am known to take at over 8 hours to get to the delivery point. Paislee came out crying and cried for about an hour after delivery. Needless to say she has got some LUNGS on her. Taylor & Addie are so excited to have their new baby sister. They can't get enough of her. Everyone is doing good, and we are so excited to to start our new journey with three little girls instead of two. Welcome to our family Paislee. We are so excited that you are a part of us.

Hogle Zoo

I decided to take the girls to the Zoo before our new little addition arrives on July 20th (or before). I just knew that they wouldn't get to do a whole lot for a couple weeks after the birth so it is best to do it now. My sister-in-law and kids are in town from Texas so Grandma Holly decided to come with us and bring my niece and nephews. It was hot, but a lot of fun and I think the kids really enjoyed it.

Cute girls with the elephants.

This giraffe was close enough to Carson that he could of pet it. Way cool.

Ethan decided to hold the girls hands in the road so they would be safe.

Bear Lake - 4th of July

As a last Hoorah before the baby comes we decided to go to Bear Lake for the 4th of July weekend. I was a little worried that I could go into labor only because we were so far away from the hospital. Why I was worried who knows. It is not like I have ever gone into labor on my own before. I wanted to make sure that Taylor and Addie got to go enjoy the beach just in case we didn't get back up there this year. Well, the definitely enjoyed the beach. Our kids LOVE going to the cabin and being able to play all day with their cousins. However, this time at the cabin we experience the really clumsy Addie that we knew we had just didn't know how clumsy she really was. She cried so hard and held her breath until she passed out probably 5 times, one of which she passed out right into a metal chair and bruised her forehead. She fell of the swing set and landed on a rock which put another bruise on her forehead. She fell going up the stairs and bruised all up her leg, and last but not least she got in the middle of TJ and his nephews messing around and got kneed right in the eye which gave her a nice black eye. WOW! That girl makes us on edge all the time. Who knows what is next. Here are some pics from the fun weekend.

Cute cousin's loving the sand. They could do this all day.

Taylor, Addie, Carter & Hadley

Our cute little Addie. The beach entertains her more than anyone. I LOVE IT!!

Our cute little family at the parade. It's a little frightening to see your self this pregnant in a picture. You don't think you look too bad until you see it through a camera. Got to do it though.
